STEPHEN BUNVOSKY

For those who hung around NotLame.com during the 90s and 00s, the name Stephen Bunovsky should be familiar to you.  He fronted Hanna Cranna(on Big Deal Records) in the 90s and then Naomi Star the last decade, who have three very, very good ‘n excellent albums out(see links below).   Bunovsky just got in touch and passed along the following message below and has bestowed one of his new tracks below for us all to enjoy now.

I’m working on my second full-length solo release – the last one was 2000’s Hazy Sunshine – it will be ready this fall…just putting the finishing touches on it now.  The record was recorded by Ron Sutfin at Wildwood Ranch Recording studio over the past year and, I believe, really captures my “live” sound (ok, with some acoustics and harmonies thrown in for good measure…).  I’m seeking to make a pop/rock record that bares its teeth every now and again.
